Instructions
  1. Sit on the floor. Join your hands in front of your chest. Bend and lift your legs. Lean your bust back until you feel a contraction of your abs. This is the starting position.
  2. By rotating only the bust, touch the floor with your right elbow.
  3. Return to the starting position.
  4. Touch the ground with your left elbow.
  5. Return to the starting position.
  6. Repeat.
