Instructions
  1. Install a rope on a high pulley. Grab the rope and kneel down. Put your hands on your head or on the top of your shoulders.
  2. Bend at the waist so your elbows are moving towards your thighs. Your hands should not move: do not pull with your arms.
  3. Hold this low position for one second then slowly move back up to the high position with a controlled movement.
