- Install a rope on a high pulley. Grab the rope and kneel down. Put your hands on your head or on the top of your shoulders.
- Bend at the waist so your elbows are moving towards your thighs. Your hands should not move: do not pull with your arms.
- Hold this low position for one second then slowly move back up to the high position with a controlled movement.
