Instructions
  1. Adjust the weights of the machine according to the assistance you want to receive.
  2. Grab the handles and put your knees on the platform. Your upper body is straight and your arms are almost stretched. This is the starting position.
  3. Descend slowly by bending your elbows backwards until your upper-arms are parallel to the ground.
  4. Hold this position for one second then move back up to the starting position.
