Execution instructions
  1. Put your feet together on the floor and put your hands on the box, keeping your body straight. Your indexes and thumbs touch each other so that your hands form a triangle.
  2. Bend your elbows to slowly lower your body until your chest is close to the box.
  3. Hold this position for one second, then go back to the starting position.
