- Take a dumbbell with both hands and place it over your head, arms slightly bent. You are standing, your back is straight and your knees are slightly bent.
- Lower the dumbbell behind your head until your arm is fully bent. Only the forearms should move: the rest of the body is stationary.
- Raise the dumbbell back to the starting position.
