- Install a rope on a low pulley. Grab the rope with a neutral grip and then turn your body away from the station. Your knees are slightly bent, your back is straight (without being arched), your arms are stretched toward the sky. This is the starting position.
- Slowly lower your hands behind your head as low as you can by only moving your forearms.
- Return to the starting position.
