Standing bent-over dumbbell raises
Instructions
  1. Stand upright, knees slightly bent. Lean your bust forward until it is almost parallel to the floor, buttocks slightly back, back slightly arched but straight. Your arms are stretched and pointed toward the ground with a dumbbell in each hand.
  2. While maintaining your body in a stationary position, raise your straight arms on the sides until they are parallel to the ground.
  3. Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
