Instructions
  1. Stand tall with a straight back.
  2. Take a power jump with your right leg. Your left leg is bent and higher than the right one. Your right arm is up, your left arm is down.
  3. Land and immediately take a strong jump with your left leg.
  4. Continue to alternate legs.
