Instructions
  1. Stand tall, back straight, legs shoulder-width apart with a pulley on your right. The pulley should be adjusted to your shoulders' level.
  2. Grasp the pulley with your joined hands and extend your arms in front of you horizontally.
  3. Hold this position, then switch sides.
