- Set up a pulley station to have two pulleys positioned a little higher than your shoulders height.
- Stand between the two pulleys, legs at shoulder-width and grasp both handles.
- By moving only the forearms, bend the arm by bringing the handles towards your shoulders.
- Hold this position for one second and slowly go back to the starting position.
