Instructions
  1. Set up a pulley station to have two pulleys positioned a little higher than your shoulders height.
  2. Stand between the two pulleys, legs at shoulder-width and grasp both handles.
  3. By moving only the forearms, bend the arm by bringing the handles towards your shoulders.
  4. Hold this position for one second and slowly go back to the starting position.
