- Stand in front of a machine with a low pulley with a handle.
- Grasp the handle with your right hand, arm almost stretched, place your left foot slightly forward and lean your bust at a 45-degree angle keeping your back straight. This is the starting position.
- Bring the handle to your body, just under your chest. Only your arm should move.
- Hold this position for one second then slowly move back to the starting position.
