- Stand straight with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing you, arms down in front of you, knees slightly bent.
- While maintaining your body in a stationary position, raise the dumbbells in front of you while keeping your arms straight. The dumbbells should not go higher than the level of your shoulders.
- Slowly lower your arms towards your body, but don't let the dumbbells touch you (to keep the muscles contracted during the set).
