Dumbbell backward/reverse lunges
Execution instructions
  1. Stand upright, back straight with a dumbbell in each hand.
  2. Take a step backward with your left leg and slowly lower your bust (keeping the torso upright) until you have your left knee close to the ground. Your right leg should form a 90-degree angle and your right knee should not go forward beyond your toes.
  3. Hold this position for one second and push on your right leg to return to a standing position.
