  1. Adjust the height of the saddle so that your leg is slightly bent when you pedal (when the pedal is at the bottom) and your back is straight.
  2. Sit on the saddle and pedal.
Tip!
Some bikes are self-powered and you may feel like they are off: start pedaling and they will turn on after a few seconds.
