Instructions
  1. Stand up with a straight back and with your fists at your shoulders' level. Close your fists with your thumb on your index and middle fingers (the thumb should not be inside of your fist).
  2. Move the left leg forward, throw a left jab and a right cross.
  3. Move the right leg forward, throw a right jab and a left cross.
