Overhead punch
Instructions
  1. Stand up with a straight back and with your fists at your shoulders' level, palms towards you. Close your fists with your thumb on your index and middle fingers (the thumb should not be inside of your fist). Look up without leaning your head too much back.
  2. Throw your right fist towards the sky, above your head. The fist should rotate at 180 degrees (to end the movement with the palm facing forward) and your bust should rotate slightly during the movement.
  3. Bring your right fist back to its starting position and throw your left fist in the same way.
