Leg crossover
Instructions
  1. Lie on your back, legs stretched and arms stretched out to the side.
  2. Keeping your arms on the ground, raise your left foot and have it touch the ground as close as possible to your right hand (your hips will rotate). If this is difficult, simply put the left foot so that the leg is parallel to your arms.
  3. Move back to the starting position.

If this exercise is uncomfortable, skip it.
